Cabinet Spokesman Anura Priyadharshana Yapa, addressing a media conference today said Prime Minister Ratnasiri Wickramanayake, as Minister of Internal Administration, presented this proposal to the Cabinet, which met yesterday.  The Minister said it will cost around 4830 Million rupees and the Treasury will allocate the funds.  Three percent would be for the Management of the project during the implementation period.
